Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Zain Ikram ("we", "us"), which operates 3PL Audit. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use 3PL Audit for a company, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it.

What 3PL Audit does

3PL Audit compares the charges on your 3PL invoices with the contract rates you enter and shows where they differ. It helps you prepare disputes; you decide whether and how to raise them with your 3PL. We never contact your 3PL.

Findings are a starting point, not advice

Audit results depend on the rates you enter and the files you upload. Contracts can contain terms the software can't see, so check each finding against your agreement before you dispute it. 3PL Audit is not legal, accounting or financial advice, and we don't guarantee that any amount will be credited by your 3PL.

Your account

• Keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• Only upload contracts and invoices you have the right to use.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings; this deletes all of its data.

Plans and payment

• The free plan includes one contract and one invoice audit.
• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance at the prices on our pricing section.
• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries about payments and handles returns. Paddle's terms apply to your purchase.
• By separate agreement, some customers (for example during our beta) may be invoiced directly by us instead.
• You can cancel at any time by emailing support@zingcalc.com. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then returns to the free plan; your data is kept.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes apply from your next billing period.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to access other accounts, disrupt or overload the service, reverse engineer it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your data

Your contracts, invoices and findings belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We work to keep 3PL Audit available and accurate, but it's provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed dispute deadlines or credits not recovered, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using 3PL Audit and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend the service for your account if you breach these terms, with notice where reasonable.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; we'll update the date above and email you about significant changes before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
