Will my 3PL know?
No. We never contact your 3PL. You see the findings first and decide whether, when and how to raise them.
Which 3PLs do you support?
Any 3PL that sends invoices as CSV, including ShipBob, ShipMonk, Red Stag Fulfillment and ShipHero. You map the columns once and the mapping is saved for next month.
Is my data secure?
Your invoices and contracts are visible only to your account, encrypted in transit and at rest, and never shared or sold. Sign-in tokens are kept in secure, HTTP-only cookies.
What if you find nothing?
Then you've confirmed your invoice is right, and the first audit is free. Volumes change every month, so it's worth checking the next one too.
Do you take a percentage of what's recovered?
No. You pay a flat monthly fee and keep 100% of every credit.
How long does an audit take?
